What is the return policy?

Due to the highly unique nature of the work, all paintings are final sale.

How much does shipping cost?

Please inquire directly at studio@arlinacai.com or through the contact form to request shipping details for the painting you are interested in, as shipping will vary by work and the destination location. Free pick up is also available from Brooklyn, New York.

Do you ship internationally?

I am able to ship to most countries, including Canada, the UK, Australia, and Singapore. Please email studio@arlinacai.com with additional inquiries. Please note, the shipping estimate does not include for taxes, tariffs, or duties.

How long will it take for my piece to arrive?

Please allow 2-4 weeks for your painting to arrive. You may inquire directly at studio@arlinacai.com or through the contact form to request a more accurate estimate, as shipping timing will vary from work to work and the destination location.

Arlina Cai retains the rights to all artwork created, including the right to reproduce it as prints or other products. While the original piece you purchase is entirely yours to enjoy and display, the imagery itself remains as the artist's intellectual property.
